Personal Lines Account Manager / Insurance Agent
Springfield, New Jersey

Our client is an established insurance agency who delivers complete, cost-effective personal insurance programs to their customers. An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a Personal Lines Account Manager / Insurance Agent to join their team.
This is the ideal role for a New Jersey licensed insurance producer looking to join a successful company offering fantastic opportunities for growth, professional development and ongoing training.
As a Personal Lines Account Manager / Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for selling and advising our personal lines client's on a wide range of insurance products.
Liaising with customers, you'll develop new accounts, as well as remarket existing accounts. Delivering a first class standard of service at all times, you'll conduct new client meetings, provide quotations and complete applications by accurately setting up submissions in the agency management system.
Your other duties will include:
- Undertaking annual account reviews
- Preparing sales proposals
- Developing networks and referral sources of new business
- Providing documentation for new submissions and client meetings
To be considered for this role, you must have a New Jersey Insurance Producer License and prior agency experience. Equally important are your exceptional communication and organizational skills.
As a Personal Lines Account Manager / Insurance Agent, you must have a team player mentality, an ambitious approach and excellent multi-tasking skills. Accurate and confidential, you must also be highly numerate with a professional, confident demeanor.
