The CSRs will also be responsible for creating and maintaining customer files, processing customer orders, and ensuring customer service representatives have adequate supplies of materials and supplies.
Essential Duties Answer incoming calls and emails Process customer orders Maintain product information in our database Research and resolve customer complaints Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers Provide accurate information about products services Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Keep records of customer interactions, process customer orders, and file documents Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies Take the extra mile to engage customers Qualifications Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred but not required.
Proven track record of outstanding customer service.
Strong phone contact handling skills required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software (Zoho) required.
Must be willing to learn our systems quickly.
Customer service experience required.
Must be willing to work hard for the company! Must be willing to learn our systems quickly.
