LEAN / Continuous Improvement Leader / Engineer

Our client is a large manufacturer with multiple locations. They are looking to add a LEAN Leader to their manufacturing operation. This Engineer / Specialist position will focus on driving plant wide lean manufacturing and continuous improvement activities, including:
- Material storage and flow
- Line balancing / Takt Time
- U cells / layouts / One-Piece Flow
- Kaizen / continuous improvement
- Heijunka, milk runs, PFEP's
- Material handling
- Value stream mapping
- Error proofing / standardized work
- SMED
- Training
This position focuses 100% on plant wide lean manufacturing and continuous improvement projects and activities.
A Bachelors Degree is required (technical field, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering preferred) with at least five years experience as a lean / CI engineer / specialist / manager working in a manufacturing operations environment. Lean Manufacturing / Toyota Production System (TPS), TQM or other Operational Excellence experience required. Must have a strong demonstrated working knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques, systems, evaluations, tools, processes, etc. Must have five plus years driving lean manufacturing with proven, documented results.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
